Our current hourly charging rate is £250. Our fees will be calculated on the total number of hours taken by us in order to complete the particular type of application as per client's instructions.

Our work will include:

- Discussing your circumstances in details and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;

- Giving you advice about the requirement of Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria;

- If you do not fulfil certain criteria, whether this can be overcome and how; - Considering the supporting evidence you have provided;

-Where necessary, helping you to obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses;

- Preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf to the Home Office;

- Giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.

The exact number of hours of work taken to complete a particular type of immigration application may vary which depends on the complexities and the circumstances in each individual case such as;

- The Amount of Supporting evidence that we need to consider

- Which language the client speaks

- Whether there are any dependants to be included
