OUR PEOPLE
Mr WH Robert Leung is our Principal Solicitor. He was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1997 and has over 20 years experience in providing specialist professional advice on asylum and immigration law. He is a Law Society Accredited Supervisor and Senior Immigration and Asylum lawyer.
Mrs Fay O. Mustapha is our Assistant Solicitor. She holds both the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) and Master of Law (LL.M) (Hons) degrees. She is a qualified solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales since 1999 and has practised for many years, specialising in immigration law particularly in the areas of asylum and human rights. In 1982 she was enrolled at the Supreme Court of Nigeria as a barrister and solicitor. She is also an Accredited Senior Immigration and Asylum Caseworker. An experienced Advocate, Mrs Mustapha has represented clients at both the First-Tier and Upper Tribunals of the IAC in many successful appeals.
Mr Jon Robins is an Accredited Senior Immigration and Asylum Caseworker. He has over 15 years’ experience and is specialized in dealing with asylum applications involving unaccompanied minors.
